All sessions are treated with strict confidentiality.  Confidentiality may be broken under certain circumstances; these terms and conditions will be made clear to you at the beginning of therapy during contracting.

During therapy, you have the option to make use of our encrypted emailing service that offers the highest level of data security.

The personal information you provide is held by Elizabeth Lupton Therapy and is stored on its computerised record system in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).  Where legally necessary, it is also shared to meet statutory responsibilities.  If you require any further information about how your data will be used, please contact the Data Protection Officer by email.
